They fly between Uzbekistan and Japan :

NRT – TAS(HY528) : Tuesday and Friday

TAS – NRT(HY527) : Monday and Thursday

You can go to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan or any other Central Asian countries from TAS.

I’d love to visit Latvia, as well as other Baltic countries(Estonia and Lithuania).

If you want to earn the Skyteam air miles, it will be better to take Korean Air(KE) to go to TAS from Japan.
