ブリティッシュ・エアウェイズ(BA)やイベリア航空(IB)のAviosが、新たなパートナーと提携を結ぶことになりました。
ホテル予約サイトの
Trip.com
です。
この提携について、少し深掘りをしてみます。

Trip.comについて
Trip.comはAgodaと同様、獲得できるAvios数は少ないものの、カバーしているホテル数が多いのでKaligoやRocketmilesで希望の都市のホテル予約ができなかった場合に、消極的に利用するサイトとして使えそうです。
ちなみに、親会社は中国最大のオンライン旅行予約サイトCTripです。
どのくらいAviosを獲得できるのか
Trip.com経由で獲得できるAviosは、€2毎に3Aviosです。
€100のホテル予約をすると、150Avios獲得できます。
あまり多くのAviosは獲得できませんが、Trip.comの特徴として
全てのAviosに対応している
という点が挙げられます。
自社のマイレージプログラムとしてAviosを採用しているIAGグループの各社では、異なるAviosのアカウントが用意されていて、
・BA : BAのAvios
・IB : IBのAvios
・EI/VY/Avios.com : Avios.comのAvios
という感じになっています。
少しややこしいのですが、大抵はBA/IBで事足りるので問題ないと思います^^;
そして、Aviosの獲得方法ですが、
・予約時にプロモーションコードとアカウント番号を登録する
ことで獲得できます。
このプロモーションコードで、加算したいAviosのアカウントを決定します。

まとめ
積極的に利用をするサイトではないかもしれませんが、どうしても他のサイトでホテルが見つからなかった時に利用する用に、アドレスだけ控えておいた方がいいかもしれませんね。
