ホテルチェーンの上級会員資格はだいたい、
・獲得ポイント数
・滞在数
・泊数
に応じてランク分けされた資格を取得することができるのですが、1人で何万ポイントも何十泊もするのはなかなか(期間的に)難しい方もいらっしゃるでしょう。
そこでふと思いつくのは、
1人で1日に複数部屋を予約したら、その分泊数の実績が付くのではないか？
ということ。
これができれば(かかるお金は変わりませんが)滞在期間を短縮できそうですが、残念ながらこの方法が使えるホテルチェーンと使えないところがあります。

まとめ
どこのホテルチェーンも泊数については何泊予約しても1泊分しかカウントされません。
IHGについて、ステータスポイントが「最大9泊分」加算されると書きました。
IHGのステータスを獲得・維持している方は必見です！
どのホテルグループでも共通しているのは次の3点です。
・すべての部屋を自分名義で予約すること
・少なくとも1室は自分が宿泊すること
・すべての部屋の支払いを自分が行うこと
また、ホテルによっては「全室が同じチェックイン・チェックアウト日である必要」があります。
