ヴァージン・アトランティック航空(VS)の修行を始めて2年ほど。
だいたい同じ路線しか搭乗していないのでだいたい同じような機材で、ちょっと面白みに欠けますが、VSは
エアバス A350-1000
という新しい機材の運航を始めました。

ニューヨーク(JFK)路線を皮切りにどんどん路線が増えています。
新しい機材はできるだけ早い段階で搭乗してみたいと思うので新しい路線が就航する度に更新できるよう、まとめた記事を書いてみました。

A350-1000って？
A350-1000は、A350シリーズの最新機材で、とても長い機体です。
VSはA350-1000機材を12機発注し、2021年までに受領予定となっています。

まとめ
この他、デリー(DEL)線が2020年の夏から増便となる予定で、その増便となったフライトでA350-1000が運航される予定となっています。
ただ、こんな状況なのでVSは運航がほとんど止まっています。
再開はいつになるのか。
個人的には、ナイジェリアと南アフリカが少し氣になっていますが、上陸が実現するのはいつになるやら・・・。
