I used the ANA lounge at Narita(NRT) international terminal when travelling to Singapore.

You can use the ANA lounge when you book a premium economy flight.
There are 2 ANA lounges in NRT, I visited the one close to the gate 47.
Using a lift to go down to the 2nd floor.
There it is.
Quite a big fleet model welcomes you.

The food variety was the same as Haneda(HND)’s.

How to connect to Wi-Fi
You can select ‘ana’ SSID.
No password is needed.
After connection, the following page will be displayed.
Click(tap) ‘Enter’.
Select your gender and age, then click(tap) ‘Sign in’.
Then, it’ll be connected.
Speed
Uploading : 2.21Mbps
Downloading : 1.42Mbps
No problem at all.
Good connectivity.
Conclusion
I think this lounge is also for business persons, same as Haneda(HND).
No playing spaces for children in the lounge.
However it was more spacious than HND, so you could let your kids walk around.
