We used the ANA arrival lounge at Narita(NRT) when travelling back from the UK.

About lounge
The ANA arrival lounge can be used either using domestic flight or after arriving in NRT by NH flight.
The check-in desk is at the end of terminal 1, the lounge is just next to the counter, and it is before the security check.
Inside :
Unlike the one at international departure, it is white-based lounge.
You can take some refreshments unlike standard domestic lounges.

How to connect to Wi-Fi
You can select ‘ana’ SSID.
No password is needed.
After connection, the following page will be displayed.
Click(tap) ‘Enter’.
Select your gender and age, then click(tap) ‘Sign in’.
Then, it’ll be connected.
Speed
Uploading : 4.51Mbps
Downloading : 2.10Mbps
No problem at all.
Good connectivity.
Conclusion
I think this lounge is also for business persons, same as Haneda(HND).
There is no kids space, too.
